DESIGN CHALLENGE

Design an engaging and cohesive event identity across media that announces our 2025 Senior Show. It must celebrate the Visual Arts and Graphic Design senior capstone work and experiences. The design must clearly inform, create a call to action, and capture the spirit of PLNU and its graduates.

CREATIVE SOLUTION

The theme, inspired by The Game of Life board game, represented the transition from college to career. The design featured a player in a car, hands up, driving toward a ‘Career Path Ahead’ sign, with bright, nostalgic visuals reflecting graduation excitement and childhood memories. The vibrant color palette and playful composition created an engaging, uplifting theme that resonated with the senior class, celebrating the completion of our college journey and stepping into the future.

WHY THIS MATTERS

The Game of Life theme creates a cohesive narrative that resonates with the target audience of graduating seniors, their friends, their families, and school staff. By leveraging nostalgia, a vibrant color palette, and a clear transition from college to career, it fosters a shared sense of celebration and excitement.​
